VIP TRANSPORTATION
Each of our patients is picked up from the airport by our VIP Cars in which they feel like superstars and celebrities. Our cars are equipped with free Wi-Fi Connection, Fridge, Lockers and Air Conditioning, and are designed uniquely for our patients' comfort and relaxation after a long journey. We also organise your transfers between hotel - hospital - airport with our VIP Transfers which are owned by our hospital. Our drivers are also licensed and certified by the relevant authorities and are more than happy to help you with your requests and needs.

Ekol Hospitals Department of International Patients' team will be glad to help you with any of your and also your companion's requests. You will have personal assistance and 7/24 telephone assistance during your entire stay with us. Our team can help you with hotel arrangements, transportation arrangements, city tours, medical assistance, private insurance consultations, translation, introduction to the city or hospital and more.
FOLLOW UP
All patients who had their treatments completed with us are contacted by our team members for follow up consultations and checks. The health status of the patient is recorded in our system and the patients are called automatically on a monthly basis. Most of our aesthetic and general surgeons also travel abroad for control appointments in order to have follow up consultations done in the patient’s home country.
